File Metadata: We may collect filenames and upload timestamps. We do NOT store or access the contents of your files.

To provide and maintain the service, including file conversion, merging, and printing features.
To track usage limits based on your subscription tier (Guest, Basic, Plus, Pro).

File Processing & Storage

Your privacy is our top priority when it comes to file processing:

Secure processing: Your files are processed safely using advanced security measures. Files are automatically deleted after processing.
Server-side processing: Office document conversion (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requires our server. Files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after conversion.
We do NOT store, backup, or retain copies of your uploaded files. You are responsible for keeping your original files.
We do NOT review, monitor, or screen file contents. All processing is fully automated.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Essential Cookies: Required for authentication (Supabase session) and basic functionality.
Analytics: We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our service.
Advertising: We use Google AdSense, which may place cookies to serve personalized ads. Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie to serve ads based on your visit history. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings (https://adssettings.google.com).

Account data: Retained until you delete your account, plus 30 days for backup processing.
Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for analytics and abuse prevention.
Uploaded files: Deleted immediately after processing or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner.
