By accessing or using Batch Printer (https://batch-printer.com), operated by XenoStep AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use this service.

Description of Service

Batch Printer is a document workflow platform that provides:

Batch printing — merge multiple documents and print them at once.
Document conversion — convert between PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image formats.
PDF tools — merge, split, compress, rotate, edit, protect, unlock, compare, crop, redact, watermark, and OCR.
Image tools — convert, compress, resize, crop, rotate, remove backgrounds, and create GIFs.
AI watermark removal — remove AI-generated watermarks from images.

We offer different service tiers with varying usage limits:

Guest: Up to 30 PDF files, 100MB max file size, no Office conversion.
Basic: Up to 30 files, 100MB max, 3 Office conversions per day.
Plus: Up to 50 files, 100MB max, 50 Office conversions per day.
Pro: Up to 100 files, 300MB max, unlimited Office conversions.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.
Maintain only one account per person.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Upload files containing illegal content, malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Upload child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that exploits minors.
Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights without authorization.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the service.
Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

File Processing & Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. We do NOT claim any ownership of your content.
By uploading files, you grant Batch Printer a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your files solely to provide the service (merging, converting, watermark removal, etc.). This license terminates when files are deleted.
Uploaded files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after processing or within 24 hours. We do NOT store or backup your files.
You are solely responsible for maintaining copies of your original files. We are NOT liable for any data loss.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all files you upload, and that your files do not contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
We do NOT review, monitor, or screen uploaded files. All processing is fully automated.

Intellectual Property

The Batch Printer service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by XenoStep AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Batch Printer and XenoStep AI are trademarks of XenoStep AI. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Batch Printer is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

XenoStep AI shall NOT be liable for:

Loss of data or files.
Service interruptions or downtime.
Errors or inaccuracies in document conversion.
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XenoStep AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your uploaded content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any data in active processing will be completed and then deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
